the ramada has a nice reception area and an amazing view of the city. it’s super close to the city center, just a short walk to the christmas market. the breakfast was great, with plenty of options. we also loved the free coffee and water available.

the rooms felt a bit cold and it would be nice if the heating was better.

Enjoyed the modern look of this hotel. The convenient location made it easy to walk to many attractions in the old town. The breakfast spread exceeded my expectations, offering a great mix of local and international options. The views from my room on the 11th floor were stunning, which was a nice bonus for mornings. However, there were some downsides. The air conditioning in the room was ineffective, making it uncomfortable at times. Also, the bathroom cleanliness could use improvement. I noticed some dust and stains that shouldn't be there. Overall, while there were some great aspects, a little more attention to detail would elevate the experience significantly.

I stayed in a Twin Room and was impressed by the roomy layout and airy bathrooms, which offered ample counter space for all my things. The breakfast buffet was a true delight, with a large selection that catered to my every craving, from eggs to pastries.
